Polygons

 

Polygons are named after the Greeks. 'Poly' means 'Many' and 'Gon' means 'Angle' 
A polygon has straight sides that have no curve. Polygons can not intersect lines, unless its a complex Polygon. There are many different varieties of Polygons, like the Concave Polygon. The Concave Polygon usually has an indent like the example below. Polygons can not be open but must be closed as in the examples below.

                                             


I now know how to sort Polygons from Regular shapes, as shown from the information above.
