Clean up - picking up rubbish

Yesterday I went with a group of people to do a rubbish clean up around a few streets. We all put on some rubber gloves (for hygiene) and scattered around in pairs looking to find some rubbish to pick up.

We came across a street that had a playground placed in the center. As we walked around, my group decided to search through the bushes hoping too find immense amounts of rubbish like, chip packets, glad wrap, and a lot more. To our surprise we did eventually find a bush full of rubbish and started cleaning it up into our rubbish-bags.

Then we came to a grassy patch, that was near a different bush. We found a bunch of cigarettes laying everywhere on the patch as if the house near it just threw their cigarettes over the fence.

In the end we managed to pick up 68 of them all together, half were fresh and the others were used a long while back. When we came back our bags were full to the top, I never imagined we would pick that much rubbish in 1 hour.
