I have learnt to cooperate and be part of a team.
The way I did that is to go along with the leader and participate in tasks we need to do along the way.
I have found that when you work in a larger group its a lot harder to control and make people participate and focus on what they have to do.
It's important to be a team member so everything goes well and everyone cooperates better
Smaller groups are easier to maintain, the reason being why is because its a lot easier to get them to be focused on their task.
I'm going to be humble to be a good leader and let people go before me
